Regarding Returns

We will send you samples for bulk purchases, and the sample fee needs to be paid. After you confirm that the sample is qualified and place the order, we will take photos to inspect the goods before packing, or you can invite a third party to inspect the goods on site. After passing the inspection, the goods will be packed and transported. Under these conditions, we do not accept returns with product quality issues. We can determine whether to accept individual cases based on the actual situation.

If your order is a customized product, we will provide on-site photos during the production and packaging processes to ensure process quality. Before packaging, we will take photos for inspection or ask a third party for inspection. Customized products do not accept returns.

Please contact us promptly upon receiving the goods regarding any damage during transportation, provide actual photos or videos of the damage, and send us an email with a detailed description of the situation.
